Prepared service isn’t just a mantra for me—it’s the heartbeat of everything I do. It’s how I show up for my family, my community, my business, and even myself. It’s about being ready, resilient, and rooted in purpose.
 

My journey has been anything but ordinary. I became a mother as a teenager, which taught me resilience and determination early on. I’ve served my country through military deployment, where I learned the value of teamwork and adaptability. I’ve led community initiatives that brought people together for a greater cause, earned my terminal degree through sheer grit and passion, and championed small business development to help others thrive. Each chapter of my life has shaped me, deepened my empathy, and strengthened my commitment to growth—not just for myself, but for those around me.
 

These experiences sparked a passion for understanding how to prepare teams and communities for meaningful service. I’ve combined my real-world lessons with academic insights to create a unique approach to planning and leadership. Whether it’s brainstorming with a team or empowering someone to take the next step in their journey, I thrive on these connections and the opportunity to make a difference.
